More than 30 years of experience with the Indian Army, been the Boxing Instructor in the Army Institute of Physical Training (AIPT), been the National Coach in Boxing with 25 years of experience, the Chief Coach of Bhutan National Boxing Team in the 7th South Asian Federation Game, and a qualified two-star referee and judge from the Indian Boxing Council.A passionate teacher with more than 25 years of experience having taught all levels – Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary.

A trained doctor who found her true calling in teaching, she has a teaching career spanning two decades across primary and secondary levels. Been with the Sanskriti family since 2015 at the Bhukum campus as HOD for the English Department.

An engineer from Pune University (Electronics and Telecommunications, she transitioned from handling leadership roles in various publishing companies to the Education field.

An astute professional with 32 years of service with the Indian Army as a Physical Training and Sports Coach in various institutions such as IMA, NSG, Sainik School, Indian Military Training Team in Bhutan and other training centres.
Mr. Shantaram Thorat
(Horse-riding In-charge)
Been associated with the Sanskriti family since 2018, having served in the Indian Army for 18 years with the 61st Cavalry regiment. Worked as a Vice-instructor at the Armoured Corps Center in Ahmednagar and spent an additional 14 years in Sahara Amby Valley City specializing in Adventure Sports and Horse Riding.
