I am unable to apply for the class in which I want to enroll my child for Academic Year 2023-24 , kindly guide what can be done?
Since the class you wish to apply for has no seats, please fill the basic enquiry form which is available on the website. In case of a vacancy in the future, our team will get back to you.
Which email ID should I use to fill the Enquiry Form?
Please use only your primary personal email ID for filling the Enquiry Form and also for all your future communication with us. Please use only the following acceptable email domains:
- Yahoo
- Gmail
- Rediff
- Hotmail
- Outlook
- Ymail
- Live
Do I need a Gmail account to access the link for the Online Enquiry Form (Google Form)?
Yes, a Gmail account is required for filling the Enquiry form.
Can we use the same login for multiple applicants, e.g. Twins/ Siblings/ 2 children?
No. Separate gmail IDs are required for each applicant entry. Parents must create a different account for a new applicant / another child and for twins / 2 children.
What do we do if we don’t have a recent Report Card of the child (in case of admission to Class II and above)?
For admission to Class II onwards, please upload last year’s Final Report card, if the current year’s Mid-Term Report Card is not available. Kindly send the current year’s Mid-Term Report Card to us via email, as soon as it becomes available to you.
I am not able to find the Enquiry Form PDF in my mail Inbox; where do I locate the PDF?
Sometimes the email containing the PDF goes in the Spam, Junk or Bulk folder of the Mailbox. Please check these folders to get the file. In case you are still unable to find it, then please contact our Admission team of the campus that you’ve applied for.
Can I fill half the Enquiry form and resume thereafter?
No, all the details have to be entered in one go.
What are Processing charges? Why are they charged? What is included?
- Processing charges are Rs. 950/- per form and are applicable to all the parents who fill the enquiry form and attend the physical interaction session.
- Bank details/QR code for payment of processing charges are available in the enquiry form itself. You need to pay by scanning the QR code or by adding the bank details and transferring the amount.
- If the interaction session is missed, it can be rescheduled (based on slots available) ONLY ONCE. If the parents miss it the second time too, no refund shall be given.
What if my payment is not successful?
You will have to refill the details and make payment again.
I have filled the form for the wrong campus.
Please write a mail to the Admission Team of the desired campus, attaching the PDF of the Enquiry Form received by you on your Primary email-id. The email-ids of our Admission Teams are given below:

Do I need to fill 2 separate forms and make payment twice, if I wish to apply in two campuses?
Yes, you have to fill 2 different forms and make the payment twice, as all our campuses are different entities.
If I have filled the form for Admission Cycle 1, will I be eligible for Admission Cycle2?
Yes, you will be eligible for Admission Cycle 2.
When will I receive the final status of admission for my ward, if applied in Admission Cycle 1?
‘Admission Cycle 1 gets over by December-end. In case your ward’s name is not shortlisted in any of the lists in Cycle 1, then you will receive communication from our Admission Team, asking for your willingness to be considered in Admission Cycle 2, which is based only on withdrawals. If you do not wish to be considered in Cycle 2, then you will receive a suitable closure communication from our team.
I made a mistake while entering the details in the Enquiry Form. How can I correct it? I am unable to edit the Enquiry Form post submission.
You will not be able to make any changes in the Enquiry Form, once it is submitted. So please be very careful while filling the Enquiry Form. However, by mistake if you do enter some incorrect data, then please inform the Admission Counsellor about it during the counselling session.
